Kory Davis is a native of Blunt, South Dakota (population 350) with over 30 years of experience in public relations, finance, marketing, management, and sales. After graduating from the University of South Dakota with a Business Degree, Kory went to work for Wells Fargo in Sioux Falls. In the late 1990s, Kory began purchasing rental properties and that led him to get his real estate license in 1999. After 2+ years of doing real estate part time, Kory left his banking job in 2001 to make real estate a full time career. As his real estate business grew, he added members to his team so he could continue to maintain excellent service to his clients and still have time to spend with his wife and 5 children & 4 grandchildren.
